Apply for an open role
Submit your portfolio and relevant experience. No project details are shared at this stage.
If approved
You receive a contract via DocuSign with the agreed scope, deliverables, and fixed payment amount.
If not approved
You receive an automatic thank-you message. We keep your portfolio on file for future opportunities.
Sign the contract
Review and sign digitally via DocuSign. A copy is saved for both parties. The contract is fixed — no renegotiation after signing. Scope, value and deliverables are final.

All payments are made via PayPal only. 20% deposit is sent after contract signature. The remaining 80% is sent after final approval of the delivered work.
Confirm your PayPal and start
Confirm your PayPal account and receive the 20% deposit. Work begins after payment is confirmed. Full project brief and access are shared at this stage.
Deliver your work
Upload all deliverables to the shared folder by the agreed deadline. Specifications are detailed in the contract.
Review and revision
We review within 3 to 5 business days. One round of revisions is included in every contract. Feedback is always specific.
Final payment
Upon approval, the remaining 80% is sent via PayPal. Contract closed. All intellectual property transferred as agreed.
